ABCT Global is a language and media services agency dedicated to supporting communication across industries, audiences, and cultures. Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we partner with organizations that need clarity, reliability, and cultural understanding in complex, multilingual environments.
At our core, we believe effective communication is intentional and depends on preparation, continuity, consistency, and trust built and supported over time. This philosophy shapes how we approach every engagement, from long-running case files and legal proceedings to workforce training, public communication, and multilingual media initiatives.
Our work is relationship driven and context aware. We bring together experienced language professionals, media specialists, and internal coordination to ensure communication remains clear, informed, and aligned from the first interaction through completion. Whether supporting live interpreting, written translation, or media production, our focus is on creating communication that is understood, respected, and effective.
ABCT Global exists to help organizations communicate with purpose, confidence, and care, recognizing that language is not just about words, but about people, responsibility, and outcomes.
ABCT Global provides professional interpreting, translation, language coordination, and multilingual media services designed to support communication across complex and evolving environments. Our work spans workers’ compensation, legal proceedings, healthcare, corporate and industrial operations, education, community organizations, conferences, and public-facing initiatives.
In areas such as workers’ compensation and legal matters, we support communication through a structured, continuity-based approach. Language access is managed intentionally across the life of a case, allowing familiarity, preparation, and consistency to support clearer communication and stronger outcomes. This approach ensures that language services align with the pace, sensitivity, and responsibility of the work being performed.
Beyond case-based support, we partner with organizations to communicate across languages at scale. This includes workforce training, safety education, internal communications, customer-facing messaging, conferences and events, and multilingual outreach. Through ABCT Global Studios, our internal media and production department, we also support organizations with multilingual video production, voiceover, subtitles, ASL content, and audience-focused media designed to educate, engage, and inform.
Across every service, our role is to bring structure, cultural understanding, and intentionality to communication. We work closely with our clients to ensure language access and media are not treated as add-ons, but as essential components of effective, trustworthy communication.

The quality of our work depends on the people behind it. ABCT Global maintains a careful selection process to ensure that every interpreter, translator, and voice professional we work with brings not only linguistic skill, but professionalism, cultural awareness, and industry familiarity.
Our language professionals are selected based on experience, subject-matter exposure, and their ability to work in environments where accuracy, ethics, and trust are essential. Once onboarded, interpreters and translators participate in ongoing training that reflects the realities of the industries we serve, including workers’ compensation, legal proceedings, healthcare, corporate operations, conferences, and community engagement.
Training at ABCT Global is continuous and intentional. We provide education focused on ethics, terminology, pressure scenarios, and industry-specific expectations, allowing our professionals to remain prepared and aligned as cases and projects evolve. This ongoing development supports continuity and consistency, especially in long-running files and specialized assignments.
Our media and voiceover talent within ABCT Global Studios are similarly vetted and supported. Voice professionals are selected and trained with attention to clarity, pacing, tone, and cultural relevance, ensuring content is accessible, accurate, and appropriate for the intended audience.
By investing in selection, specialization, and continuous training, we ensure that every project is supported by professionals who understand the responsibility behind effective communication and are prepared to deliver it with care and confidence.

Aymée Beiter Castellanos is the Founder, CEO, and Owner of ABCT Global. With more than 25 years of experience as a Spanish English interpreter and language services leader, she brings deep expertise in language access, continuity-driven coordination, and multilingual communication across complex environments.
Raised between the Dominican Republic and Naples, Florida, Aymée developed an early appreciation for language, culture, and global connection. She is fluent in Spanish and English, has studied French, continues to expand her language knowledge, and maintains a lifelong commitment to multilingualism and cultural understanding.
Before building her long-standing career as an interpreter, Aymée worked in television and media production, gaining hands-on experience across audio visual operations, directing, commercial production, casting, and post-production. Her early work included leading a tourism-focused television program in the Dominican Republic that aired onboard APA, a Dominican airline, where she oversaw the full production process from concept development and filming through editing and commercial placement.
She later worked on commercial and film projects as a Casting Director, Producer, and Assistant Director, developing a strong understanding of how to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives. This work required evaluating talent, understanding audience psychology, shaping storyboards, coordinating sets and crews, and ensuring each element supported the client’s vision. These experiences became a foundational influence on how she approaches interpreting and language services, reinforcing the importance of preparation, context, and intentional communication.
Aymée’s leadership philosophy is grounded in preparation, continuity, consistency, and trust. Early exposure to American Sign Language interpreting through her close relationship with trilingual interpreter Lidia Amparo Añorga deeply influenced her understanding of interpreter ethics and professional standards. This perspective led her to intentionally integrate best practices from both spoken and sign language interpreting into ABCT Global’s unified service model.
Under her leadership, ABCT Global has grown into a trusted partner across workers’ compensation, legal, corporate, nonprofit, conference, and multilingual media environments. The creation of ABCT Global Studios reflects a natural extension of her experience, bringing together language access and media expertise to help organizations communicate intentionally across languages and audiences.

Lidia Amparo Añorga is the ASL Director at ABCT Global and a highly respected trilingual interpreter (American Sign Language, Spanish, and English) with over 40 years of experience serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
A proud graduate of Gallaudet University, Lidia’s journey into interpreting began in high school through her close relationships with Deaf peers. These early connections sparked a lifelong commitment to American Sign Language and to ensuring equitable, respectful access to communication.
Lidia’s career spans legal, medical, conference, and community settings. She has extensive experience interpreting complex legal proceedings, including work with the Superior Court of Washington, D.C., as well as providing trusted interpreting services in healthcare environments where accuracy, professionalism, and cultural understanding are essential.
In addition to her legal and medical work, Lidia brings significant experience in conference and event interpreting, including collaboration with Certified Deaf Interpreters. Her deep knowledge of Deaf culture, interpreting ethics, and linguistic nuance allows her to support communication across diverse and high-stakes environments.
As ASL Director, Lidia plays a central role in shaping ABCT Global’s integrated approach to language services. Her leadership ensures that American Sign Language interpreting is delivered with the same preparation, continuity, and ethical rigor that define ABCT Global across all language modalities.
